Established in 1996, as a not-for-profit 501 (c) (3) corporation of the First Baptist Church of Glenarden Maryland, SHABACH! Community Services (SCS) exists to respond to the diverse needs of the community through a variety of programs and services that impact the development of children and families.
By establishing direct program services, supporting the capacity development efforts of our partnership organizations or leading collaborative initiatives to enhance community change, SCS aspires to enable individuals and families to achieve independence and improve their quality of life.
